1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the db67 platform and all its services. db67 is an online betting and casino platform providing entertainment services for Bangladeshi players. By accessing this site or completing registration, you are considered to have fully accepted the following terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on db67 and participate in betting or casino games, you must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. db67 may request age-verification documents at any time. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and any funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account Rule
Each person may open only one db67 account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the deposited balance may not be returned. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or payment method is also prohibited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Details
The name, phone number, and payment details provided when creating an account must be accurate and belong to you personally. Accounts cannot be opened using incorrect or another person's information. At the time of withdrawal, the ownership of the payment account must match the account holder.

3 Account Security
3.1 Password Confidentiality

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Transactions on db67 are accepted only through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions made through any method not listed here will not be accepted.
4.2 Minimum Amounts

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Occasional delays may occur due to banking system load or security verification.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made. The name on the payment account must match the account holder's name. For suspicious transactions, db67 may request additional information and reserves the right to place the transaction on hold if necessary.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on db67 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳18,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = you must wager ৳12,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A new account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once
- Wagering must be completed within the specified time after the bonus is credited
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited
- db67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion
5.4 VIP Program
db67's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
You can move up to a higher tier through regular betting activity.
6 Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on db67 are settled according to the platform's rules. db67 reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors, incorrect information, or abnormal circumstances. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.
6.2 Sports Betting
Betting markets are available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. The rules for all betting markets are displayed in detail on the db67 platform. Please read them carefully before placing a bet.
6.3 Casino Games
db67's casino section offers slots, live casino, and various card games. Each game has its own rules and return-to-player rate (RTP) as set by the respective game provider. Game providers include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and many more.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db67 platform:
- Any form of fraud or attempt to manipulate outcomes
- Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors
- Colluding with other players to influence betting outcomes
- Operating an account on behalf of or with funds from a third party
- Impersonating db67 staff in order to deceive other users
If any of the above prohibited conduct is proven, db67 will immediately close the account and reserves the right to void all associated winnings and bonuses.
8 Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Closure at the User's Request
You may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any valid balance (subject to fulfilment of any wagering requirements) can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
8.2 Closure at db67's Initiative
db67 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms
- Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Registration using false information
- A responsible gambling request (voluntary self-exclusion)
- Direction from a legal or regulatory authority
8.3 Balance of a Suspended Account
If fraudulent conduct is not proven, the valid balance will be returned. In cases of proven fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited.
9 Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
db67 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service outages. db67's liability in such situations is limited.
9.2 Financial Liability
db67 reserves the right to reclaim any amount paid out incorrectly due to a technical error. db67 is not liable in any way for financial losses arising from betting — these are the result of the user's own informed decision.
9.3 Third-Party Services
db67 is not responsible for service disruptions or delays from payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. db67 is also not liable for issues arising from a game provider's server.
10 Dispute Resolution
10.1 Filing a Complaint

10.2 Review Process
All complaints are reviewed thoroughly. Where necessary, the relevant betting history, transaction records, and technical logs will be examined. The outcome will be communicated by email once the review is complete.
10.3 Final Decision
db67's decision in resolving a dispute is considered final. However, if the user wishes, they may request a higher-level reconsideration via live chat.
